To Register:
1. Review the Refund and Equipment Policies and be sure you understand them.
2. Download the following forms, complete them, and fax along with a copy of your your child's Birth Certificate (for league verification) to: 404-921-0075.

All registration fees must be paid in full. Please make checks payable to:
SSYS Football & Cheerleading. (NSF checks will be subject to a $35 fee.)See Calendar for practice dates -subject to change.
You must bring the following:
- Water bottle (please label with your name)
- Loose, comfortable clothing -- shorts, shirts, cleats (tennis shoes for cheerleading)
- A Positive Attitude and a Desire to Learn and Have Fun!!!
** Reminder: Unless all forms are completed and full registration payment is received, children will not be allowed to practice nor will they receive equipment/uniforms.
